According to what I have seen, most Usagi fans agree that he is a hunk.
It might not look like it because of the clothes he uses, but I heard that Usagi Miyamoto had an 8 pack, that Usagi was shredded.
There’s actually a part of the comic where his upper clothing gets partially cut off with a sword and bunny boy has definite pecs. Though I headcanon that’d he’d be even bulkier if he hung out with the turtles given their diet is way richer in protein/fats/sugars than the stuff he normally eats.
So he’s actually fit. I like to think that he looks comically bulkier with his clothes off XD
