You know what, a lot of us autistic folks, myself included, are pretty average. We’re not “savants.” We can’t draw entire cityscapes from memory, and we can’t perform advanced mathematical equations in our heads within seconds. And that is so freakin’ valid. We’re still autistic. And we’re still amazing.
